Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via the contact methods provided on the website.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may incur a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled consultation.

Fees and Payment

Self-Pay Patients: Fees for consultations and treatments are available on request. Payment is required in full following the consultation or service.
Insured Patients: Dr. Mudalagiri is recognised by most major UK private medical insurers. It is your responsibility to confirm with your insurer that your policy covers the treatment and to obtain a pre-authorisation code before your appointment. You remain liable for any shortfall or excess on your insurance policy.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your personal and medical information will be handled with the strictest confidentiality, in line with UK data protection laws. For detailed information on how your data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Dr. Mudalagiri holds full professional indemnity insurance. His liability to you for any breach of these terms, negligence, or any other claim arising from the services provided is limited to the extent permissible by law.
